WADE W. SAUNDERS, 6379820, Master Sergeant, Army Air Forces, United States Army. For meritorious achievement, while serving as Assistant Engineering Officer of the *** Service Squadron and later as Assistant Sub-Depot Engineering Officer of the *** Sub-Depot during the period from February, 1943 to February, 1944. Sergeant Saunders exceptional ability, devotion to duty and technical skills were prime factors in enabling his organization to keep the maximum number of aircraft in operational condition at all times. Entered the military service from North Carolina.
