Transportation Attacked: The 384th Bombardment Group (H) led the 41st B Combat Bombardment Wing, and also provided the low group, on this afternoon's mission, the second of the day. The target was a marshalling yard east of Lille in the Fives district. Scattered low clouds challenged the bombardiers' skills, but bombs were dropped with good sighting by the use of visible reference points.
