Two Targets Attacked: The 384th Bombardment Group (H) flew as the 41st Combat Wing A Group on today's mission. Cloud-covered targets required the Group to rely on electronic means. Unfortunately, the Gee-H equipment in the lead and high squadrons failed, but the low squadron bombed the primary on the first run and returned to base with the 303rd BG. The remaining squadrons then proceeded to the tertiary target, which was attacked using PFF sighting. |
