| V-Weapons Attacked: The 384th Bombardment Group (H) provided two Groups of two Squadrons each, flying as the High Group of the 41st A Combat Bombardment Wing, and the High Group of the 41st B Combat Bombardment Wing on today's mission. Because of navigation discrepancies, the A Group executed its own bomb run, rather than dropping on the Wing Lead, as briefed. Despite CAVU conditions, it appeared that bombs fell short of the target. The B Group released their bombs on the Wing Lead and it appeared that bombs covered the target well. | |||
