Completed Mission Comments: This was the engineer's last combat mission. He was so happy he started firing his guns over the English Channel. One bullet accidentally hit the tail gunner, Brown, putting him in the hospital with a slight head wound and concussion. This mishap saved Brown's life as he was not able to fly with MacKellar on 6 April. |
