THEN SELECT "PRINT" AND CHOOSE THE "Microsoft Print to PDF" OPTION.

For best results with the Google Chrome browser:
Select "Microsoft Print to PDF", Scale = "100", and Margins = "Default".

For best results with the MS Edge browser:
Select "Microsoft Print to PDF", Scale = "Shrink to fit", and Margins = "Narrow".

For best results with the Firefox browser:
Set print margins to zero in Print Setup.

Other browsers have not been tested.

Other users are encouraged to use a similar process;
feedback on other methods is welcome.

Notes:
Your PDF file may include some blank pages.
You are encouraged to print the document double-sided.
When printing double-sided, you may print pages a few at a time
to place the beginning of a topic on the right-hand page.
