Kramer, William L. (544th BS)

MIA on March 19, 1945, mission to Plauen, Germany, aboard B-17G 44-8008. Aircraft was last observed on return from mission over Ostende, Belgium, at 11,000 ft. at 1655 h., under control. No information is available that it was in some kind of distress. Since no crew member was ever recovered, the plane and crew will have gone down in the North Sea for some unknown reason.
