Radar Bombing: The 384th Bombardment Group (H) led the 41st A group on today's mission. With nearly all aircraft landing elsewhere after yesterday's mission, only 14 aircraft were available, and three of those were scrubbed. A solid layer of clouds covered the target, and with the Gee-H equipment in both the lead and deputy lead ships inoperative, bombing was done by radar: results were unobserved. |
